Chef Brandon is originally from South Africa and has spent the last 25 years deeply involved in the Culinary Arts. His experience began with an apprenticeship at The Ritz in South Africa and has traveled the world working in Relais Chateaux properties, Hotels and Resorts, Cruise Ships, Fine Dining Restaurants and as Executive Chef for one of Canada's largest food service distributors. 

Since opening our doors in 2015, we’re proud to say that each year we have a bigger list of returning and new clients. Our clients include multi-unit restaurant chains, hotels and resorts, key tourist landmark destinations, grocery chains for retail and deli, as well as food manufacturing and production facilities.
